Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented Controller to join our dynamic team at RE360. This pivotal role will oversee all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with regulations while contributing to our mission of community growth and development.



This role will have direct reports and will have “hands-on” responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day financial management of the company. Our ideal Controller must be able to not only fulfill the duties of the role but also train and develop their team as well. This is a growing young company, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a CFO position, not only managing the accounting department, but also the finance function of our enterprise from the CFO level. This individual will be a MAJOR KEY to the GROWTH of RE360. Assessment, pay increase, profit sharing, equity and co-investment will be available at that time.
